On February 21st, 15 folks left the cold snowy
airport in Erie Pennsylvania on a trip to Jamaica. Our goal was
to meet again with the folks at the Blenheim Town New Testament Church
near Mandeville. While there we started construction of a
meeting room and connected kitchen next to the church. This is
the fifth group of missionaries that we have sent to this area of
Jamaica. Four of them have worked to complete the church area
itself. Our first day was a very rainy and wet workday.
Weather after that improved to mostly sunny and mid 70's, While
there we heard from folks up home that it was 0 degrees and 2 feet of
new snow. (not really but that is what they told us.
Trying to make us feel bad for them.) Work progressed well as can
be seen by these pictures. Enjoy.
